Creating Calm Amidst The Chaos

An 8-Week Mindfulness Course with Jacqueline Gautier
  • Mindfulness practice can help us to:
  • Be more in the moment

  • Decrease emotional reactivity
  • Foster patience & compassion
  • Improve relationships with ourselves, co-workers, friends and family members

This 8-week course is modeled after Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn`s MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) program at the University of Massachusetts.

Classes are very experiential and will involve a mixture of:
  • Mindfulness Practice, Relaxation Techniques and Body Scans
  • Gentle stretching and mindful yoga
  • Teaching and discussion
  • Participants will receive 2 CDs to guide them during the course and support their ongoing practice.   
WHEN: Thursdays January 8- March 5, 2015 (no class Jan. 29)
TIME:  7:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Jacqueline has over 20 years of counselling experience in treatment centres, agencies, hospitals, universities and private practice.  She specializes in trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression and eating disorders.
